Aaron Chowning is a spirited educator that seeks to push teachers and students alike to be the best versions of themselves each and every day. A self-proclaimed futurologist, he is passionate about raising up the next generation of change-makers and encourages students to be bold and confident as they face the indecisions of tomorrow. As TCK (Third-Culture Kid,) he is drawn to working with students in international schools. He started his teaching career in McKinney, Texas and he still considers himself a Texan at heart. However, after living and serving abroad for many years, where he considers home is much more complicated. He holds a Business Degree from Abilene Christian University and a Master’s Degree in Education from Texas A&M- Commerce. Aaron has been in education for nearly 20 years and has served as an Administrator in the US, Panama, Korea, and now China.
